I bought a new MacBook Pro last month... (I have had many Apple products and almost as many Dell, Gateway (remember them!?), and other PC products.) I loved the new MBP from the start...BUT.. I didnt like the way the newly designed keyboard felt... I read all over the web that I would get used to it... I didnt. I made an appointment at the Florida Mall Apple store to have a Genius look at it... He said my keyboard was not right and I would never get used to it!! The tech told me they will fix it and it would be 5 days... I asked if there was anything else that could be done as I am in the real estate industry and this computer is a vital part of my business. He said "I'll be right back"... A few minutes later he comes back with a brand new replacement and set up transferring everything from the old one to the new one.. THAT'S the reason I dont mind paying a little more for a computer... While I have not had to get things fixed very often over the last 10-12 years of Apple only products.. Everytime I do need help with ANYTHING Apple, the Geniuses, phone or chat support are always there to "DO THE RIGHT THING".. Nope, I dont like that their CEO has decided we all need to know all his political views (just shut up and make great products) but I LOVE this company and the people that work for Apple. Well done Apple! And THANK YOU!
