Before opening the package, please PHOTOGRAPH the damaged PACKAGE.  Open the package to see if the work has been damaged (maybe we'll get lucky!l)  but …  if the art IS damaged please PHOTOGRAPH the damage to the art and packaging then contact me within 3 days with the photos, details, and your order details.  Email me HERE.

☞  WHEN IS YOUR NEXT ART SHOW?

Sorry, I stopped doing art shows in 2017.  As much fun as it is to meet you all the schedule, set up, tear down and travel got to be too much.

☞  IS THIS YOUR FULL TIME JOB?

I hesitate to call what I do a "job" but I don't normally do anything part way.  Having said that I have been a small business owner for most of my life and I have been making photos even longer.  I have owned more than a dozen businesses over the years. (including art galleries, a software company,  photography and video businesses, to name a few).  The two things I have always done is make things. To that end I guess I would answer that I am a full time artist.  (I am retired from all other endeavors.)

You can also follow me on my social media pages as I am constantly posting about new work!

☞  How is shipping handled?

Your new artwork is carefully packaged and shipped by me.   I provide free insured USPS priority shipping in the continental U.S.  (Email me for other areas.)

☞  Less expensive reproductions of some images can be found HERE.  These reproductions are digitally printed and shipped by my contract  lab. (The original hand signed and numbered images on this site are not available as digital reproductions.)  In a nutshell, digital reproduction time runs about 5 days and shipping takes another 3-7 days.  The cost of shipping digital reproductions is calculated based on weight / size of each item.

☞  Returns and Exchanges.

Let me start by saying it is very infrequent (I've never had it happen!) that an order needs to be replaced for any reason.  However, in the unlikely event it arrives damaged,  please contact me so we can discuss your options. Please know that one of the many things I prefer about hand made silver gelatin prints is the look and feel. I liken it to how an audiophile might like a recording on vinyl rather than a CD. The image you see on this site is the one you will receive. Each image is hand made and therefore will be different than the one before or after it. Click here for more info about the original art. Please inspect the individual image online before purchasing.  I am happy to exchange your purchase up to 7 days after you receive if it is damaged in shipping.   Please keep all original packaging materials if you need to return the art.  There is a 15% return fee for cancelations or exchanges. This fee covers the free shipping I paid to send it to you. If damaged there is no fee.

Due to today's extraordinarily easy ways to reproduce (STEAL) images with scanners and phones, all print sales are final.
